What data I collect and why

When you write to me through the form or by email, I process your name, your email or phone number and what you tell me in your message, solely to reply to you and, if you decide to, arrange sessions.

If we start therapy, any health information you share is treated with the utmost confidentiality and under professional secrecy, for the purpose of providing psychological care.

Legal basis

Your consent when you send me a message and, where applicable, the contract for the provision of services. Health data is processed for the provision of health care (Art. 9(2)(h) GDPR).

How long I keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to therapy are deleted within one year at most. Clinical records are kept for as long as health regulations require.

Who it is shared with

I do not pass your data on to third parties. I use providers acting as data processors: the form service (Formspree), email and the video call platform. Some may be located outside the European Economic Area, with appropriate safeguards.

Your rights

You can access, rectify, erase, object to, restrict or port your data by writing to psicomaria43166@gmail.com. You can also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).

Cookies

This website does not use tracking or analytics cookies. If an external booking calendar is added, it only loads when you click the button to open it.
